Hi, received my order today. The dresses are both absolutely beautiful.

I don’t have much confidence & it took a lot for me to not order more ‘black clothes’

Well what can I say!! Bows are absolutely amazing. Customer service is outstanding and very helpful, clothes are great value for money and I can always find something I like even though I probably shouldn’t. This is the first place I would go to get clothes. My mum is also loving bows and she is tough cookie to please

Purchased item was delivered quickly, was as described. Was not quite the right size for me (my own fault). Was returned and the return was promptly processed back to my card. Faultless service from start to finish.

I literally cannot get enough of Bows! Their stuff is amazing & so reasonably priced! The communication from them is also great, I highly recommend everyone to shop her :) xx

Ordered the Crowe gladiator sandals in black size 3. Delivery was very quick. To say I'm thrilled would be saying it lightly. They are lovely. True to size, comfortable and look fabulous. Would def recommend.....

What can i say as an bigger lady size 18 i have always had problems finding clothes untill i found bows boutiques a few years ago i now have lovely clothes that are not frumpy and on trend they always have beautiful peaces in all sizes there so helpful and cant do enough to help you if you have to ask anything prices and sizes are fab im so happy i found them take a look girls you will never look back as everything you buy washes lovely

I get lots of adverts and promo stuff on Facebook and I tend to ignore most of it. This looked different, so I gave it a go and I’m sooooo glad I did. The videos of the clothes are really helpful at gauging fit etc and the choice is amazing. The dress I bought is stunning and I wished the other two I wanted had been in stock, because I know I wouldn’t have been disappointed.

I really cannot fault Bowes Boutique. I made an error for next day delivery as I made the purchase after the allocated time and when I queried this they explained this but sent my goods to me anyway next day delivery. Totally professional team and fantastic clothes. Well done Bowes Boutique. Denise

Very impressed with the lovely customer service I received from Bows Boutiques after I contacted them to say the dress I had received had a little fault with it. I explained how the dress was beautiful and I was hoping to wear it at the weekend. They were amazing and popped me another dress straight in the post so that I received it the next day. And it is perfect!
Now that is what I call excellent customer service and I can't thank you enough.

My go to online clothing shop! Excellent customer service and great delivery times. Only problem I have is sometimes I’m not quick enough to order items before they sell out as they are very popular.
Email updates when stocks have been restocked which is great if you have an item you particularly want but don’t have the time to keep checking back on the site.

Was on a day out in another city and a lady at my hotel recognised my jumper was from bows and said she had wanted it also and seeing the fit was going to purchase asap!

My wardrobe is slowly being taken over with bows labels and I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely first rate customer service. Everything I've ordered online has been beautiful and great quality.
